HABITAT MINNESOTA TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS The Training and Technical Assistance Program was launched in 2006 after HFHI endorsed State Support Organizations to take the lead on affiliate training. Minnesota Habitat affiliates identify areas they most need training, including topics such as family services, financial management, board development, construction, and fund development. In response, Habitat Minnesota provides training through a statewide conference and several one-day regional trainings, in addition to one-on-one training with affiliate staff and volunteers. is designed to improve the organizational
effectiveness of
the Habitat
Affiliates and to help affiliates
to able to better accomplish their goal
